Educational Background & Core Qualifications
Degree in Early Childhood Education (AECE): Completed coursework through Western Illinois University and the College of DuPage.
Decades of Dedicated Teaching: Over 30 years of rich experience spanning preschool instruction, assistant roles, home daycare management, and floater teaching across diverse classroom settings.
Child-Centered Curriculum Expert: Skilled at developing goal-oriented lesson plans that align with state early learning standards while fostering exploration, creativity, and confidence.
Special Needs Support & Behavior Management: Experienced in working with children who have special needs, applying patient, compassionate strategies and positive reinforcement to help every child thrive.
